How much do you charge for cleaning?

We charge $120 for studios and 1-bedroom homes, $135 for a 2-bedroom home, $155 for a 3-bedroom home, and $175 for a 4-bedroom home. This is an estimate, and prices vary based on the size, condition, and location of your home.

How do I make a cleaning appointment?

By calling our phone number, simply say that you would like to book now. Our customer service representative will book your cleaning appointment. You can also book at our website.

What is the next step after I book?

You will receive a confirmation email that outlines the services you booked and the appointment time.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

A standard house cleaning includes dusting, wiping surfaces, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, vacuuming and mopping floors, emptying trash, and tidying-up. We can do more upon request for add-on services.

Are you a pet friendly service and do your cleaning teams use non-toxic or organic products?

Yes! We use non-toxic, eco-friendly products so your pets are safe on any surface we clean. Please make sure to request an eco-friendly cleaning if this applies to you.

Do I need a Deep Clean?

You might benefit from a deep clean if It’s been over a month since your last professional cleaning; You’re preparing for a special event; You’ve had construction, or heavy dust buildup; or if you’re starting a recurring cleaning and want a fresh baseline.

Are there any services you don't offer?

While we offer a wide range of home cleaning services, we will not resurface/wax/refinish floors, put away dishes, wet wipe light bulbs, move large furniture, or dispose of an excessive amount of trash. We can also not clean exterior windows, mold, biohazards, pet waste and insect or rodent problems.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

We would like you to be there for your first time appointment. This way we can discuss any specifics, scheduling, and payment processes. It’s completely your choice whether you would like to be home during your following appointments. If you prefer, you can just leave a key, and we’ll take care of everything!

Do you offer a Guarantee?

We stand behind our service. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we can re-evaluate. We will do everything we can to meet your expectations.

Is United Patriot Cleaning LLC insured?

Yes, we are! To obtain proof of insurance, you can e-mail us at info@unitedpatriotcleaning.com and we’ll send you our current documentation.

How many hours is a typical cleaning service?

There is no set amount of time. It all depends on the current condition of your home.

When will I be charged?

Payment is due at time of service.

I've never had a cleaning before, does that cost extra?

While we make every effort to keep all homes within our flat-rate pricing; homes that are extra dirty or larger than normal for the given number of bedrooms and bathrooms may incur additional charges over the flat-rate fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

We never have any contracts when we clean your place. The only thing we ask is that If you have to cancel or reschedule, please give us 48 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, there is a $70 fee. If you cancel within 3 hours of the appointment it is 50% of the cleaning cost. If you cancel with the cleaner there, or we are locked out of the home, full price will be charged.

Will my house be inspected after every cleaning?

Our quality control team may from time to time inspect your home after a cleaner is finished. We do this to ensure the highest quality standards for our cleaning service.

What if I want to tip my cleaners?

Tipping is a great way to show appreciation. Tips may be left at the time of the cleaning and are not included with the cleaning cost.

What if I am not satisfied with the service?

As part of our satisfaction guarantee, if you are ever unhappy with any area we have cleaned, we will return and re-clean it.

Can I ask for special requests or request focus on certain areas?

Yes! We are happy to accommodate any special requests you may have. If parts of your home are especially cluttered or untidy, our team can spend their time just on those areas so that you get the best value for your money.

Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children?

Yes! United Patriot Cleaning uses environmentally friendly and pet-safe cleaning products.

What time will you be at my home?

We set up a preferred arrival window of time.  As we clean homes during the day, we may encounter things that delay our arrival at our next home, like traffic or a customer who requests some additional help.

How many people will be in my home during each cleaning?

We may send one or more cleaners to clean your home. The number of cleaners depends on your cleaning needs and our scheduling demands. Whether we send a team or a solo cleaner, you can trust that your home will be cleaned to standard.

Do you require me to sign up for a recurring service?

Most customers prefer a weekly cleaning on a regularly scheduled day. We also clean homes every other week or monthly. Monthly tends to require more attention while cleaning, so we charge a little more for this service.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products, and equipment?

Yes, we will bring everything we need to clean your home including quality cleaning solutions and cleaning tools. We can also use a product of your choice if you provide it.

How do I prepare my home before the cleaners arrive?

To help cleaners work efficiently: Tidy up clutter (toys, clothes, dishes); Secure pets; Communicate any special instructions or areas to avoid.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No, we do not require a contract. You may cancel at any time.

Do you offer deep cleaning or move-in/move-out services?

We offer deep cleaning as long as you are on a recurring schedule. However, we do not offer move-in/move-out cleaning at this time.

Do you charge by the hour or by the job?

We can charge either hourly or by the job.

Are there any extra fees for pets, appliances, or windows?

Pet hair removal: +25; Windows: $5/window; interior windows only; Appliances: +25/each (oven, refrigerator)

Do you offer weekend or evening appointments?

Absolutely! We understand that weekdays can be hectic, so we offer flexible scheduling options, including: Weekend appointments (Saturday and Sunday); Evening cleanings (typically available until 7–8 PM). Availability may vary based on location and demand, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

Can I schedule recurring cleanings (weekly, biweekly, monthly)?

Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning schedules.

Do you use eco-friendly or non-toxic products?

Yes! We offer eco-friendly products upon request which are non-toxic and safe for pets, children, and allergy-sensitive individuals.

How long does a typical cleaning take?

The length of cleaning depends on several factors, including the size of your home, the type of service, and its current condition. Standard cleaning for a 2–3 bedroom home is 2 to 3 hours; deep cleaning: 3 to 5 hours or more; recurring cleanings: Often quicker after the initial visit. If you have pets, high traffic areas, or special requests, that may add time. We’ll always give you an estimate before starting.

Will the same cleaner come each time?

We do our best to send the same cleaner or team for each recurring appointment to ensure consistency and build trust. That said, there may be occasional changes due to: Scheduling conflicts; time off; Emergencies or staffing needs. If a change is necessary, we’ll notify you in advance and ensure the replacement cleaner is fully briefed on your preferences and past service notes.

Are you comfortable working around pets?

Yes, we’re absolutely comfortable working around pets! Many of our clients have furry family members, and we take extra care to ensure Pet-safe cleaning products are used when requested and Doors and gates are secured to prevent escapes. Pets are treated with kindness and respect, though we avoid direct interaction unless invited. If your pet is nervous or reactive, just let us know—we’re happy to adjust our approach or schedule cleanings when they’re out for a walk or in a separate room.

Do you perform background checks on your cleaners?

Yes, we conduct background checks and ensure all cleaners are bonded and insured to protect both the client and the staff.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes! If something was missed, we’ll return to fix it at no extra charge within a set timeframe (usually 24–48 hours)

How do I pay—cash, card, or online?

We are a cashless service and only accept Credit and debit cards, mobile payments like Venmo and Zelle, and online invoicing.

Do you require a deposit or contract?

No contract is required. When you book online or via phone, we ask for your credit card number to hold the reservation. However, you will not be charged until we have finished your cleaning service.

Are tips expected or included?

Tipping is not required but always appreciated. Many clients tip 10–20% for exceptional service or during holidays. Tipping is not included.

What happens if something gets damaged during cleaning?

Our teams at United Patriot Cleaning are insured and bonded, so if an item is accidentally damaged, we will either repair or replace it. Always report issues promptly.

Do you offer discounts?

Our prices are already at the lowest rates possible. We cannot offer any discount on pricing.
